bdox Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bdox platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and bdox.

Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the bdox platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdox ("we", "our" or "the Platform") and you ("user" or "player"). By accessing the bdox.cam website or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply fully with these Terms.

bdox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

To participate on the bdox platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • Online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
  • You are registering on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.
  • You have never been temporarily or permanently banned from bdox.
  • You are not enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

We may request identity documents or proof of age at any time for age verification purposes. Financial transactions on the account may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

A personal account must be created to access the full services of the bdox platform. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time, with the possibility of the balance being forfeited.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the bdox platform is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

  • Withdrawal requests can only be made to verified payment methods.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus is in place.
  • bdox reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
  • It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdox offers new players a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

  • Bets placed with bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement.
  • Some games may be fully or partially excluded from wagering calculations.
  • bdox reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Each user may claim each promotion only once.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdox VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and contributions. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdox platform. If any of these activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Abusing bonuses or attempting to earn bonuses in a fraudulent manner.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Using software or scripts to place bets automatically.
  • Attempting to exploit errors in the game system for an advantage.
  • Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other players or staff.
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds using third-party payment methods.

Gaming Policy and Fairness

All games on the bdox platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We use fair play technology to ensure that the outcome of every game is completely random and has not been artificially altered in anyone's favor.

7.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bdox reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, we will attempt to resolve it with the greatest possible accuracy. The game provider's server records will be considered final.

Responsible Gaming

bdox takes responsible gaming very seriously. We provide various tools to protect our players:

  • Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
  • Session Limits: You can set a limit on how long you play in one session.

Account Suspension or Closure

10.1 Closure by bdox

bdox reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • If evidence of false or incomplete information is found.
  • To comply with directions from legal or regulatory authorities.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may contact our support team at any time to close your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible balance before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdox accepts no liability for the following:

  • Losses caused by technical errors, server disruptions or internet connection issues.
  • Financial losses resulting from gaming or betting.
  • Any issues caused by third-party services or providers.
  • Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

bdox reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post a notice on the platform if any significant changes are made.
